This week you will want to take note of the Void Moon periods and the following astrological events:
Mercury Cazimi on Thursday December 5th at 6:17am
Mars stations retrograde on Friday the 6th at 3:32pm
Venus enters Aquarius on Friday the 6th at 10:13pm
The waxing moon travels through Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces.

Moon in Capricorn 1:09pm
You will want to direct your efforts towards doing things related to your Capricorn house. For example if Capricorn is your 3rd House you will want to talk to your sibling/s, engage with your local community, talk to your neighbours, write that proposal and send those Christmas cards. Something you are working on at this time requires additional resources or a more hands-on and practical approach.
If you need to speak to a “higher-up” - supervisor, manager or a mentor, do so in the afternoon. You will have their attention.
I like to leave offerings for my ancestors during this Moon.

Wednesday 4 December
Mercury Rx in Sagittarius opposite Jupiter in Gemini 2:15am
You may lie about your skill level or abilities or you may overestimate your partner/friend/contact. It could be that someone may be lying to you. Mercury Retrograde wants you to “re-think” what you think you know…
This is one of those aspects that wants to bring hope to a situation but you and another person may not have the necessary resources or skills to make a difference to the situation you face.
Sun in Sagittarius square Saturn in Pisces 8:18am
This follows from the above…you are optimistic but manifesting your vision or actualizing a plan will take focused effort.
Venus in Capricorn sextile Neptune in Pisces 10:51am
You have the support of an ancestor, an elder or a guide/mentor. Do not give up.

The Moon is in Aquarius.
Mercury Cazimi (Sun conjunct Mercury) 6:17am
This is the halfway point in the Mercury retrograde cycle and is the best time to set intentions for what you want to work on when Mercury is direct again after the 15th of this month. The Moon in Aquarius asks you to consider others in your plans. Aquarius is the sign of humanity and social change.
Check in with your oracle of choice and set the scene. Burn incense or herbs ruled by both Sun and Mercury. I light a stick of Japanese Agarwood (oud) every morning but will add grapefruit essential oil to my diffuser today. Choose scents and oils that are citrusy and uplifting. A sign is likely to arrive in some shape or form. A bird’s feather, a cloud dragon, a heart-shaped pebble… reflect on these gifts in your journal. There is magic in committing your hopes, dreams and any “downloads” to paper when Mercury is in the Sun’s throne room.

Mars stations retrograde

Venus enters Aquarius 10:13pm
Venus enters Aquarius and conjoins Pluto. An indication that the next few weeks will transform your relationship/s and/or finances and/or values/ideals. Look at your Aquarius house for further insights. Venus also opposes Mars. A conflict is brewing between desires and needs.
Generally-speaking, you may find yourself attracted to eccentric or quirky people at this time. Certainly you will be attracted to the out-of-ordinary. Over the years I’ve noticed there is something about Venus in Aquarius and style. For example, Sienna Miller, Jared Leto and Harry Styles have Venus in Aquarius and I am sure you will agree that the goddess of flowers, frills, crushed velvet and bright nail polish adores them. Maybe you’re thinking of updating your look? Honor Venus this month by wearing bright “electric” colours and bold jewelry.
Over the next 4 weeks you may experience a sense of discontent in your Aquarius house. This is because Venus has an “ideal” in Aquarius- ideal partner, ideal look, ideal bank account balance…and this can create tension. Use this transit to introduce fresh air into situations that have grown stale.
